All right, here's the deal:
40 minutes of rowing at 7 resistance.
This is a team event competition, each Warrior takes turns rowing. (you determine distance each, but keep in mind that transition time cuts down on distance)
Those not rowing alternate between squats, jumping jacks, medicine ball pass (just like it sounds), elliptical and rest.
At the end of 40 minutes, take a photo of your total distance and post it to the facebook group page.
By the end of the week I will sit down and try to beat your distance. Yep, by my self.
Winner gets ... (?)
Those of you doing the row by yourself or in a smaller group: 10 mins total of rowing per person. Treat it like a circuit.
Core for today: 8 minute Abs.
