- 7 Rounds, 7 reps each:
- Body-Weight Squat
- Body-Weight Jump Squat
- Braced Squat
- Dumbbell Split Squat/Lunge
- Goblet Squat

- Side Lunge
- Every one does 7 sets of 7 reps each exercise. One rounds consists of each exercise, rinse and repeat.
343 squats when complete. Rest as needed.
Cardio: Get outside before the snow- you could use a little vitamin D- run/walk/jog or woggle a mile. You can do the Cardio before or after the Conditioning, or split the conditioning; do 3 rounds, run, 4 more rounds. You can use a dumbbell, gallon of milk or bag of potatoes for weighted exercises.
