This is a 7 part workout.
1. Beer bottle curls.
2. Couch squats.
3. High jumps, for every touchdown.
4. Bathroom lunge and plunge, after the chilli.
5. Dips, as in chips.
6. Victory dance.
7. Sit up, and drive home safe.
Penalties are suspended for the day. Happy Superbowl!
