Amazonia: 4 for the Kore

All right: Here we go! The first of the core workouts, Four for the Core.

This is one of my favs, because it is so simple and never easy.

Do 3 sets of:

1min Bent Leg Raise
1min each side of Side Plank
7 reps each leg Back Bridge
1min each side Quadraplex

Should take 15 minutes in total.
