For Tue 10th March

5k, plain and simple

Run, jog and/or walk.

Warm up: 100 walking lunges.

Cool down: 50 walking lunges.

Core: find something to hang from and do 100 hanging leg raises. (Sets are up to you)

Post a pick, bonus if you find a rainbow.
