For Wednesday, 15th April
Warmup: 7 minutes of Bike (Cardio).
TEAM ROW:
Row 1600m per individual. (Example: 5 rowers = 8000m) for time.
Run, as a group, from the Gym to Lake Nordon Isle (.5 mile) and Back for time.
Add the Team Row time and your best (fastest) runner's time together.
I will attempt to beat the total time.
5 victory Burpees.
